We try to source all our ingredients locally.
We use flour milled in Edinburgh, free range eggs from some very happy hens in Ayrshire and butter from the Scottish Dairy Farmers’ Co-operative.
We feel it’s important to support good Scottish companies producing good Scottish produce.
We don’t believe in charging you a fortune.
We won’t use off-the-shelf decorations and tell you we made them ourselves!
We use whole ingredients and don’t believe in using packet mixes under any circumstances - for example, all our cakes are baked to traditional recipes using only fresh ingredients...we break eggs! |
