PME Stainless Steel Polished Royal Icing Blade 16"

This 406mm x 43mm PME Stainless Steel Icing Ruler perfect to create a smooth finish to the top of your cakes when royal icing. 

Simple to use: apply icing to top of cake using a paddle action with a palette knife, then use the ruler at an angle to draw across the top of the cake from back to front to create a smooth surface.
