Our cake drums are 12mm thick and are manufactured in the UK from compressed, sterilised paper pulp, covered in a lightly embossed food-approved foil with wrapped edges and white paper underside. Designed primarily for heavier cakes, such as rich fruit cakes, cake drums offer the strongest and safest type of board and are essential for wedding and large celebration cakes.
