Edible gold or silver leaf is an ideal way to bring a touch of luxury to all your special cakes and puddings. If you find real leaf too fiddly to apply, then look for the transfer sheets which feature an applicator sheet which you can rub onto surfaces and then peel off and are great for stencils.
