Bonzos 04 Beginners Guide to Cake Decoration (Fondant)

Wednesdays starting 03/09/25, 6.30-9pm.  

In this fun, jam-packed (no pun intended) course, students learn to coat cakes with fondant and introduces them to writing with royal icing, the same techniques used for iced biscuits, We move onto crimping (the fast way to create frills!), cutter techniques including lettering, fondant flowers and modelling. Finally, students get to demonstrate their newly acquired knowledge by decorating a cake to take home.
