Bonzos Beginners Guide to Cake Decoration (Fondant)

Wednesdays starting 25th October for 5 weeks, 9.30am - 1pm approx. 

In this fun, jam-packed (no pun intended) course, students learn to coat cakes with fondant and introduces them to writing with royal icing. We move on to crimping, cutter techniques, fondant flowers and modelling. Finally, students get to demonstrate their newly acquired knowledge by decorating a cake to take home.
