Bonzos 02 Simply Sponge Choc & Velvet

Wednesday 27/08/25, 6.30-9pm. 

Who doesn't love a great chocolate cupcake?

This class will take students through making chocolate sponge into 12 cupcakes which will then be piped to take home - half chocolate and half chocolate caramel (or salted caramel).

These will be finished while your larger 'non-nightmare' red velvet cakes are beautifully baking in the oven.
