Bonzos Ganaching Plates 8.5" Pair

Set of two round 216mm x 3mm acrylic ganache plates with polished edge. 

These plates allow for 1/4" (6mm) ganache all round a 8" (203mm) cake. 

Place one ganaching plate on top of your cake and one on the bottom to use them as a guide when smoothing ganache, buttercream or royal icing around the sides of your cake. 

When finished, your ganaching plates can be removed, washed and used again.
