Made with sunflower lecithin this chocolate offers a Smooth, Rich and creamy taste with distinct vanilla flavour, and Milk is the first Ingredient. Farmed with Care, this chocolate uses 100% sustainably sourced cocoa through the Cocoa Horizons programme, British milk and sustainable vanilla. 

Ingredients: Whole MILK powder, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier (sunflower lecithin), natural vanilla flavouring. Cocoa solids: 27.1% minimum; Milk solids: 33.7% minimum.

Callebaut equivalent: White Chocolate W2, uses sunflower lecithin instead of soya lecithin, more milk, less sugar and less cocoa butter.
