It has a glossy white finish, sweet taste and smooth texture.

It has been formulated from quality sugar beets and glucose syrup using a process that gives the end product the functionality that professionals expect.

Typically British uses include iced buns/donuts, enrobing fondant fancies and pineapple cakes.
