Marzipan is ideal for covering cakes and modelling. It can be used with a variety of cutters and moulds, and is easily coloured or flavoured. 

Ingredients: Sugar, ALMONDS (24%), Glucose syrup, Invert sugar syrup, Preservative: Potassium sorbate.
