How to use:

• To cover a cake, prepare the cake as usual by applying a crumb coat and chilling. This will result in a smoother finish.
• Knead the sugarpaste until soft then roll it out to the desired size and thickness with a rolling-pin on a flat surface lightly dusted with icing sugar or cornflour. If desired, you can colour the sugarpaste using food colouring gel before rolling.
• Carefully drape the rolled sugarpaste over the cake. Starting from the centre and working down, gently smooth out any wrinkles by hand or with a cake smoother. Any air bubbles can be popped with a sharp pin.
• Once draped and smoothed, trim any excess sugarpaste from the bottom with a sharp knife.
