Stewart & Arnold milk chocolate is specifically designed for the preferred British taste. It offers all round versatility and is easy to use for numerous applications. Made with sunflower lecithin this chocolate offers a caramel and creamy with a high roast and balanced cocoa taste. Farmed with Care, this chocolate uses 100% sustainably sourced cocoa through the Cocoa Horizons programme, British milk and sustainable vanilla. 

Ingredients: Sugar, whole MILK powder, cocoa butter, cocoa mass, emulsifier (sunflower lecithin), natural vanilla flavouring. Cocoa solids: 35% minimum; Milk solids: 21.9% minimum.

Callebaut equivalent: Milk Chocolate 823, uses sunflower lecithin instead of soya lecithin, more milk, more cocoa mass, less sugar and less cocoa butter.
