Farmed with Care, this chocolate uses 100% sustainably sourced cocoa through the Cocoa Horizons programme and sustainable vanilla. 

Ingredients: Sugar, Cocoa Mass, Cocoa Butter, SOYA Lecithin, Vanilla Extract. 

Callebaut equivalent: Dark Chocolate 811, uses sunflower lecithin instead of soya lecithin, more cocoa mass, less sugar and less cocoa butter.
