Wilton Pumpkin Tin shaped Pan

This pan produces a Jack O Lantern shaped cake approximately 290mm wide, 280mm tall and 51mm deep. 

Will make a beautiful pumpkin shaped sponge ready to decorate - and easy to slice! 

MC's top tip: 

I make 2 of these and sandwich together one on top of the other for an extra-deep cake! 

Either using Sugarflair Tangerine Paste Colour in the sponge and a green buttercream filling made with Sugarflair Party Green paste colour and a seedless raspberry jam just for the fun factor. Decorate the top in butter cream or rolled Renshaw coloured fondant with what ever pumpkin face you like! 

Or make it as an evil pumpkin with a red velvet cake (add cocoa and Sugarflair Red Extra) then with buttercream and loads of seedless raspberry jam inside. 

I have made it with only the top decorated and the sides oozing jam with the PME sugar eyes and modeled sugar dead fingers hanging out the edge – truly gruesome! 

This pan works best with cake release spray.
